Vendor

Our guests (players and parents) expect to purchase food and beverages.  They expect soccer apparel to be available for purchase.  Finally, whereever possible, we like to provide distractions for our guests.  In order to participate, vendors must apply and be qualified to participate.  They must indicate what they will sell and at what price.  They must indicate what supplies and equipment they need and what they will bring with them.  Finally, they must agree to contribute 15% of their net sales to the touranment.  
 
Unfortunately, we have had many vendors approach the tournament eager to participate only to have them not appear over the tournament weekend.  This creates issues for the tournament because we reserve space and guarantee exclusivity for different products and sevices.  When vendors do not appear, the site at which a vendor was to appear are left without that product or service.  For that reason we expect a performance bond will be posted by each vendor before they can participate.
